My two-week ‘business’ trip to Bristol is over, I’ve flown back to Stuttgart today. I had a lovely time in England, although I spent most of it working. But it was nice to see everyone at Hyperlaunch again and to get back to all those places in Bristol I enjoyed so much last autumn/winter (like Borders, or the Waterfront). It felt as I’ve never really been away. Even the left-hand traffic seemed completely natural as soon as I got out of the airport (well, almost). And I’m officially addicted to curry now! I even dared to stray from the usual Chicken/Lamb Tikka Bhuna and ordered Chicken Sag (with spinach) - absolutely delicious as well.
Anyways, at the moment I’m busy re-packing my bits and pieces because right tomorrow, after just having come back from Bristol, I’m going to go to Venice! But this time it’s a holiday. Weather forecast says that I should take my umbrella with me, though, apparently it’s heavily raining in northern Italy at the moment. But there’s the possibility of sunny weather from Monday on, so please wish me luck :)
